Return & Refund Policy

1. General Provisions

1.1. Products may be returned only if they maintain their original commercial condition, including packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and protective materials.

1.2. The Customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

1.3. If the product is sold as part of a set or bundle, the return must include all items in the set.

1.4. To request a return or exchange, the Customer must contact Grillvett Customer Support by email at:

support@grillvettegypt.com

1.5. Return requests will be reviewed within 5–10 working days from the date of submission.

1.6. Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by Grillvett Egypt.

1.7. Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days after inspection.

1.8. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, including:
  •   Credit or debit card refund
  •   Bank transfer
  •   Original payment method where applicable

2. Return of Products in Good Condition

2.1. The Customer has the right to return a product within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law, provided that:
  •   The product has not been used
  •   The product is returned in original condition
  •   All packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts are included
  •   Proof of purchase is provided

2.2. Products showing signs of use, damage, installation, or modification cannot be returned.

2.3. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs when returning a product in good condition.

2.4. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

3. Return or Exchange of Defective Products

3.1. If the product has a manufacturing defect, the Customer may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3.2. The Customer must send a return request to:

support@grillvettegypt.com

including:
  •   Order number
  •   Description of the defect
  •   Photos or videos showing the defect

3.3. After reviewing the request, Grillvett Egypt will confirm the approval of the return or exchange.

3.4. If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, Grillvett Egypt will cover the return shipping cost.

3.5. After inspection, the Customer may choose:
  •   Product replacement
  •   Product repair (if applicable)
  •   Full refund

4. Cases Where Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
  •   Products showing signs of use
  •   Damage caused by incorrect use or installation
  •   Damage caused by improper storage or transportation
  •   Products returned without original packaging or accessories
  •   Products damaged after delivery

Grillvett reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving any refund or exchange.

5. Customer Agreement

By placing an order on the Grillvett website or through authorized sales channels, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Return & Refund Policy
