Modification of the Bronx series with a large hearth and three adjustable grates. The design of this model allows for the creation of three different temperature zones within a single hearth, which in turn provides the opportunity to cook various products and dishes that require specific temperatures for preparation. The model can also be equipped with additional static shelves or grates for resting meat or maintaining the temperature of prepared dishes.
